We want to revolutionize the influencer marketing world by bridging the gap between brands who want to use influencer marketing and people who want to monetize their social media.

Role Description:

We are looking for driven people to join our sales team and help us grow MySway by bringing brands on board. The right person for this role is self-motivated, well-spoken, and a strong team-player. Remote work is available.

Compensation:

This role is entirely commission based. We offer an attractive commission structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify brands who would be a potential fit for MySway and acquire contact information for the appropriate people within them
  • Contact new brands and build relationships with them using a combination of phone, email, and face-to-face communications
  • Help develop creative ways to acquire new brand partnerships
  • Maintain database of contacts and relevant leads to pursue
  • Compile comments/complaints/pain points from brands and collaborate with the rest of the team to generate solutions
  • Become well versed in all aspects of MySway and our services so you can explain how we will help grow their brand and answer any questions they may have
  • Collaborate with the entire team on new projects as required

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with social media
  • Creative, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Passionate about sales
  • Basic understanding of customer relationship management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
